To remove a creator, follow these steps in the Brand Portal to deactivate their collections and revoke their access to your products.
Locate the specific creator's profile.
Click on the 3 dots and select "Remove Creator" button.
A confirmation popup will show up with details that revoking creator access deactivates their collections but you can re-invite them later.
Decide whether to "Remove" or "Cancel."
A banner will confirm the creator's removal. The creator will disappear from the Creators section, and the creator count will update.
When you access a creator profile that has been removed, you’ll no longer be able to see their details.
Special Situations:
If the creator has top revenue data, orders, and accepted gifts, these sections will stay clickable.
Unaccepted gifts will be canceled and removed from the gifting section, while accepted gifts will show with the creator’s name tagged as "removed/deactivated."
Re-Inviting a Creator:
When you invite a removed creator back and they accept, all previous data will be restored.
Clicking on the creator's name in past records will take you to their profile.
